It would seem the domain list I am maintaining is getting somewhat unmanageable. A few times I have searched for nice backends that work with my Gnome desktop to manage my bind files. Recently, http://packages.debian.org/unstable/admin/gbindadmin jumped out at me, but alas, it is still a little unrefined.
